First Line Support

We have different support options available that would depend on the requirements of the client all calls will be judged accordingly and be placed into one of the following catagories. Onsite support, telephone support or remote support. The remote or telephonic support team utilizes Team Viewer for this purpose where no active directory server is available to log on. We offer these services on a monthly service line agreement or at a once off fee, please refer to our pricing page for more info.
